Why THRIVE? My purpose of continuing to work in the health and fitness industry goes beyond that of personal training. Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with several clients all with different goals and histories; from the working mother of three, to the grandmother trying to stay fit, to the teenager trying to get stronger and faster in their sport. The knowledge gained from these individuals has led to the development of specific programs for each of them, as well as a better understanding of how to go beyond training and provide the tools for complete healthy living. But what does “healthy living” mean exactly? There is no right answer to this question, because for every person this is different. Thus, it has become my mission to create the most well-rounded atmosphere where every client can THRIVE, not just in their training, but in all aspects of their health. With the high demands that society has placed on us to keep up with our extremely busy schedules, the overwhelming amount of exercise and dieting “fads” that are presented to us become nearly impossible to disregard.
