"I started training with Kim during the summer of 2012 in a group setting. There were 6 of us in the group who came to have Kim whip us into shape every Wednesday and Friday afternoon. It was an hour long workout that Kim had already pre-planned. We did buddy exercises, floor exercises, station work, cardio days, etc. She utilized every inch of the arena we were in. At the end of every workout we were soaked in sweat, but we all felt that that was exactly what we needed; a kick butt workout and Kim never disappointed. She is incredibly encouraging, will modify exercises if need be, and will most certainly, always give a fantastic workout. Thank you Kim!!"
