StrongFirst Certified Kettlebell Instructor
As a StrongFirst Certified Kettlebell Instructor, we have learned, performed and taught all of the foundational movement skills of Russian style kettlebell training, brought to the United States by the Founder of StrongFirst, Pavel Tsatslouline. The three day certification teaches instructors the precise way in which kettlebells should be used to develop, maximize and maintain strength. In addition, the two day, level II certification then expands on those basic principles and skills to an even higher level of standards and movements. This style of kettlebell training can be used for all fitness levels ranging from world-class athletes and soldiers to working parents and grandparents. Instructors are required to meet specific strength standards, demonstrate movement skills and also prove their ability to teach others in order to obtain their certifications.
